Compensation range : $106K-$121K / year

Position Summary :

The Program Manager?oversees high level customer engagements related to the space planning and architectural services studio, providing design related services and as-built management services for all corporate locations for our client's portfolio. Reporting to the Program Director,?this position is?responsible for Process development & management, tools and training development, partner vendor relationship management, and supervision of new hire onboarding and training.??This role works in support and success of the entire design program.

Essential Functions-

Client Leadership and Interface

  • Performs direct customer interface including identification of program objectives, specific requirements, escalations as needed.
  • Manages and develops additional on-going relationship(s) with client(s)
  • Establishes and tracks program performance metrics and ensures regular client reporting, based on client requirements.
  • Works with Splice leadership to identify and develop additional revenue generating opportunities and initiatives.
  • Team Leadership

  • Helps to ensure the team understands the account priorities, key strategic efforts, status changes in partner vendors by providing regular account updates.
  • Fosters a team environment to encourage communication, support & succeeding as a team.
  • Subject Matter Expert Design process and best practices.
  • Exhibits tenacious and creative problem-solving skills, while leading by example with a strategic and de-escalation focus approach.
  • Encourages and embodies the teach to fish ideology and leads program group to raise the bar in knowledge and excellence.
  • Program Leadership

  • Establishes and documents policies, processes and systems necessary for the program, based on client requirements and best interests for Splice
  • Ensures that program policies, processes and systems documentation is complete and current.
  • Develops program updates / changes as needed to meet client deliverables.
  • Other leadership capabilities including but not limited to business planning, communication strategy, talent management, team building, and public speaking
  • Work closely with Program Director, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new opportunities and initiatives
  • Working Relationships

  • Client and Client representatives, Program Director, Program Managers, Partner Vendors, Design Studio Manager, peer leadership, & Design Studio member
  • Skills and Abilities

  • A. Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architectural Studies, or relevant degree.
  • 3 years Project Management experience in design field, or combination of education and experience in order to perform essential duties
  • Solid understanding of Project Management Principles (PMP).
  • Direct experience leading project communication of scope & risks, to external partners and / or client
  • Knowledge in design specification development
  • Thorough understanding of systems furniture and the Design to Construction process
  • Budget Development & Management
  • Experience in FF&E preferred : design, specification, sales, procurement, asset management, etc.
  • Computer Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products : Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Vizio

Integrates business goals into the project scope and deliverables. Develops metrics to track progress towards goals. Understands project and organizational dependencies.
  • Planning & Prioritization . Anticipates and adjusts effective contingency plans. Understands when to escalate concerns and issues utilizing well thought out alternatives and contingency plans. Identifies and seizes opportunities and displays a can-do attitude in good and bad times. Steps up to handle tough issue. Able to proactively prioritize and plan for various scenarios and deals constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes.
  • Salary : $106,000 - $121,000
