What You’ll Do
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our dynamic payments industry team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting financial decision-making processes through robust financial modeling, strategic pricing analysis, and actionable insights. This role will work closely with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Treasury, and Accounting teams to drive operational efficiency and financial performance. You will report to the Director of Finance.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Conduct scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Evaluate and develop pricing models for new and existing payment products and services.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align pricing strategies.
• Provide detailed analysis and insights on key financial metrics and business performance for Treasury and FP&A teams.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Product and Sales to provide financial insights that drive business growth.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and external stakeholders as required.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the payments or fintech industry or relevant internships/coursework
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to various stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with FP&A analytics tools and ERP Systems (NetSuite) a plus
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and market analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with Treasury functions and cash flow forecasting.
