- DVM/VMD degree (licensed and in good standing in Colorado)
- 5 years of clinical experience, with leadership or mentorship experience
- Passion for team-building – You believe a great team makes great medicine
- Strong organizational & strategic skills – You’re comfortable making decisions and driving outcomes
- A visionary mindset – You’re excited about changing the status quo in veterinary care
- Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience
- Experience in dentistry or surgery
- Experience launching or scaling a veterinary clinic
- $145,000–$200,000 compensation package
