Sploot Veterinary Care is introducing a brand new approach to veterinary care in the form of Urgent & Primary Care Clinics, and we're looking for a ROCKSTAR Clinical Medical Director to join our team, and help us provide the ABSOLUTE BEST medical care to our patients.

What you'll do as a Clinical Medical Director :
Provide pet parents a positive and supportive experience to ensure they know their furry friends are being taken care ofLead the Medical Operations of a designated clinic and act as the Lead DVM on the clinic's floorSupport the development of our medical procedures and standards of care across the networkAct as the Lead DVM on the clinic's floorActively participate in hiring and training of new team membersMentor, coach and empower the clinic team to deliver the best care possible to our pets and their parentsExperience a diverse caseload ranging from GP to Urgent Care patientsEmbrace and spread the Sploot culture with our core values centered in all you doWho you are :
You have a DVM / VMD degree with an Illinois state veterinary license in good standingYou have at least 5 years of experience in general medicine and / or surgeryYou have successfully led veterinary teams in the pastYou're excited about working with a team that is introducing a brand new approach to veterinary care and offering pets the best care possible whenever they need itYou are effective at managing multiple tasks simultaneously including delegation, prioritization, and taking responsibilityYou're passionate about providing the best possible pet care, always striving to be a better doctor and to help the team and clinic grow in capability and careYou're a collaborative team player, who thrives in fast-paced environments and prioritizes a great work cultureWhat Really Catches Our Eye :
