Sploot Veterinary Care is introducing a brand new approach to veterinary care in the form of Urgent & Primary Care Clinics, and we're looking for a ROCKSTAR Lead Veterinary Technician to join our team, and help us provide the ABSOLUTE BEST medical care to our patients.

What you'll do :
Lead the entire Technician and Assistant Team across a clinic
Support the development of our Medical Procedures and Standards of Care across the entire network
Help us build a team of rock stars such as yourself
Act as the Lead Technician on the clinic's floor
Lead the Clinic's Staff training to ensure the highest level of care for our pets and their parents
Set an EXCELLENT example for our team of veterinary professionals; mentor, coach and empower the team to deliver the best care possible to our pets and their parents
Live by and spread the Sploot culture by encouraging flexibility and work-life balance, and providing the support required for team members to be happy and healthy
Who you are :
Have at least 3 years experience as a veterinary technician in general medicine and / or surgery
Earned a Veterinary Technician certification / licensure (CVT / RVT / LVT / LVMT) and have passed the VTNE
You are a team player, and always looking to collaborate with others in the organization
Successfully led teams in the past
You're excited about working with a team that is introducing a brand new approach to veterinary care
You are a bar raiser - always aiming for higher; and always being accountable for your own performance first
Thrive in fast-paced environments
You are effective at managing multiple tasks simultaneously; you can delegate, prioritize, and take responsibility
You're as excited as we are about offering pets the best care possible whenever and wherever they need it
What Catches Our Eye :
Experience in emergency medicine / urgent care medicine
Earned a Certified Veterinary clinic Manager certification / licensure

Competitive base pay of $30-37 per hour
