Responsibilities
- Hands-On Training: Work alongside Medical Directors and Associate Veterinarians to learn physical exams, treatment planning, diagnostics, and patient management.
- Diverse Caseload: Experience wellness visits, urgent/emergency cases, dentals, and soft-tissue surgeries.
- Continuous Education: Take advantage of unlimited CE opportunities and structured knowledge-sharing tools.
- Tech-Forward Practice: Leverage Sploot’s advanced technological systems to educate pet parents and streamline workflow.
- Structured Mentorship: Receive weekly feedback sessions and monthly reviews for targeted skill development.
- Positive Client Experience: Provide a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, ensuring pet parents feel confident about their furry friends’ care.
- DVM/VMD Degree: Upcoming or recent graduate (Class of 2025).
- Licensure: Valid Illinois veterinary license (or eligibility).
