Responsibilities
- Client Support & Coordination: Provide a positive, empathetic experience as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, from check-in to check-out.
- Schedule Management: Create, update, and own the daily clinic schedule, ensuring the flow of appointments runs smoothly.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to deliver top-notch care for every patient.
- Problem-Solving: Remain calm under pressure, handling in-clinic issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Communication & Guidance: Offer reassurance to pet parents, ensuring they know their furry family members are in excellent hands.
- Veterinary/Animal Industry Background: Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or pet care setting.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Proven success delivering memorable client experiences.
- Competitive Base Pay: $19–$21/hour to start, with potential to reach $24/hour as you take on new responsibilities.
