- Patient & Client Care: Provide pet parents with a positive, supportive experience, ensuring every furry friend receives top-notch care.
- Team Leadership: Work with a 3:1 staff-to-doctor ratio, guiding your dedicated team of nurses during procedures.
- Diverse Caseload: See a variety of patients ranging from General Practice to Urgent Care needs.
- Clinic Culture: Embrace and spread Sploot’s core values in all you do, reinforcing our collaborative, balanced work environment.
- DVM / VMD Degree: Current Colorado state veterinary license in good standing.
- Experience: 12–18 months in general medicine and/or surgery preferred.
- Passion for Growth: Enthusiastic about providing top-notch pet care, improving your skills, and helping the clinic expand its capabilities.
- Collaborative Mindset: Thrives in fast-paced environments and contributes to a positive, team-driven culture.
- Emergency or Urgent Care: Previous experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or dental procedures.
- Competitive Pro-Sal Model: Total compensation package ranging $140,000–$200,000.
