Role Summary
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Engineering and Transformation Office’s Culture, Communications and Change team is looking for an enthusiastic and creative self-starter to join our team as an intern serving all Go-To-Market roles across the company. As a member of the team, you will work on a variety of graphic design, writing and video projects, which include PowerPoint and email templates, new icons and graphics and TikTok like videos to support landing pages, broadcasts and more. We are inventing the future, and looking for smart, creative graphic designers with some writing skills who can help us build incredible content. You’ll have an opportunity to collaborate with members of our team and stakeholders to come up with new, engaging ways to tell the CETO story. You will also help support the broader team on a several projects including improving how we roll out changes to systems on a regular basis.

What you'll get to do
- Primarily focused on graphic design of images, icons and gifs for PowerPoint presentations, infographics, videos and more
- Develop templates for email, newsletter, email signatures and more.
- Support the Change team in building out a standard package for all major CRM releases
- Help build a library of assets the team can leverage ongoing
- Shadow members of the CETO team to gain insight into its core areas of focus
- Learn to deep dive into content analytics to gain insights for improvement
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing or related field, and strong record of academic achievement
- At least one semester/quarter remaining to complete after the internship
- Available to work 40 hours a week for 12 weeks

- Undergraduate student with graphic design experience or similar background
- Team player who is willing to pitch in on a range of content-related projects
- Collaborate with team members on desired outputs and designs
- Present and communicate designs to peers and executives
- Love for the creative process including brainstorming
- Organized and articulate, with strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- An eye for good written copy a strong plus
