As a member of the Software Security Engineering organization, you will work with engineering organizations to implement secure development practices across the Splunk product portfolio. Within this role, you will develop groundbreaking software solutions that automate security scanning and shorten vulnerability remediation cycles. So bring your work experience, problem-solving skills and talent, of course, but also bring your joy, your passion and all the things that make you, you.What you'll get to doResearch, automate, and tune security scanning tools that provide SAST, DAST, and SCA within the company's CI / CD pipelines.Work with product engineering teams to streamline security processes, improve developer workflow, and raise security awareness.Partner with customers, regulators, and compliance teams to implement secure software development practices across the Splunk product portfolio.Must-have Qualifications5 years in DevOps, SRE, Security, or Software Development roles.Proficient with one or more modern programming languages such as Golang, Java, React, C , and Python.Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.Nice-to-have QualificationsWe’ve taken special care to separate the must-have qualifications from the nice-to-haves. “Nice-to-have” means just that : Nice.
