Job Opportunity : Regional Director of Service Operations (West Coast)Department : OperationsJob Type : Full-TimeListing Date : May 30, 2024OverviewWe are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Regional Director of Service Operations to oversee operations for facilities located in the Western United States. This leadership role involves managing service operations, fabrication, and OEM parts departments across multiple locations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.ResponsibilitiesOversee service company operations, fabrication activities, steel sheet piling yard, and OEM parts department.Supervise and support field and in-house technicians, mechanics, and welders responsible for maintaining and servicing a portfolio of piling and related equipment.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service, parts, accounting) and external customers to ensure seamless operations.Set and monitor work schedules for both in-shop and remote repairs, maximizing labor utilization.Track and analyze labor and equipment usage to optimize service schedules.Assist in the reengineering and implementation of business processes and systems.Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized facility by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures.Support the implementation of corporate growth strategies, including the opening of new locations in the western U.S.Willingness to travel periodically to facilities in California, Missouri, and Texas.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, Construction / Project Management, Business, or a related field.8-10 years of relevant work and supervisory experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.Experience with a foundation contractor, heavy equipment distributor, or in a mechanical role is desired but not required.Project Management experience and Six Sigma Certification (Black or Green Belt) are a plus.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salary with an annual bonus.401K with company match and a generous profit-sharing plan.Comprehensive company-paid benefits including Medical, Life, LTD, and AD&D.Paid Time Off (PTO), paid sick days, and company-paid holidays.Optional dental, vision, and short-term disability coverage.Other InformationApplicants will be subject to background checks and drug testing.Only direct applicants will be considered; recruiters are requested not to contact.How to Apply : Interested candidates are encouraged to apply online.If interested please apply directly and / or share your resume to [emailprotected] and reference JOB ID# : JH-023685.
