At SPM, LLC, a premier national property management firm, we are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Groundskeeper to join our team and help maintain the beauty and functionality of our communities.
As a Groundskeeper, you will be the key to creating a welcoming environment for our residents by ensuring the grounds are pristine, safe, and well-maintained. You’ll play an essential role in maintaining the physical condition of the community through both preventive and corrective care, while being part of a collaborative, dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, well-kept community environment for residents and visitors.
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner, ensuring satisfaction within 24 hours.
- Adhere to and implement OSHA safety programs to maintain a safe workplace.
- Assist the Maintenance Technician with light maintenance tasks as needed.
- Ensure the grounds are free of debris and perform general landscaping duties.
- Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be physically active throughout the day.

- A strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Self-motivated, honest, courteous, and cooperative attitude.
- Fast learner with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous grounds maintenance experience is a plus, but not required!
