This position requires 90% travel to lease-up communities, primarily in the Mid-West and Southeast regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lease-Up Strategy: Develop and implement tailored lease-up strategies to meet target occupancy goals within designated timelines, while adhering to Tax Credit regulations.
- Pre-Leasing Operations: Lead all pre-leasing efforts including managing waitlists, conducting tours, qualifying applicants, and coordinating lease signings. Partner with the Occupancy team to ensure timely unit readiness and application processing.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high resident satisfaction by offering top-tier customer service throughout the leasing process and the resident lifecycle. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on leasing performance, providing detailed updates and forecasts to ensure progress toward occupancy and revenue goals.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Tax Credit requirements, state and federal regulations, and company policies. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends.
- Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging campaigns and promotional materials. Leverage digital marketing, social media, and community events to attract prospective residents.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in LIHTC property management is essential. TCS certification is preferred.
- Property Management Background: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience, with a focus on lease-up properties and new construction.
- Proven Success: A track record of successfully leasing and stabilizing multifamily communities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Yardi software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Driving: Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation in good condition, and appropriate auto liability insurance.
- Bonus: Broker’s License is a plus.
