Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Manage the daily operations of the apartment community, creating a positive environment for both residents and staff. Your leadership will set the tone for success.
- Drive Community Success: Implement effective marketing and leasing strategies to keep the community at full occupancy while meeting financial and operational goals.
- Ensure Compliance & Performance: Stay on top of HUD policies and affordable housing regulations, ensuring the community meets all compliance standards.
- Foster Positive Resident Relations: Act as the go-to person for residents, resolving issues promptly and creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Manage the Bottom Line: Operate within a set budget, ensuring the financial health of the community while providing a well-maintained property.
- Be the Face of Safety: Oversee the implementation of OSHA safety programs, ensuring a safe living and working environment for all.
- Mentor and Supervise: Lead, motivate, and manage on-site staff to ensure everyone works toward common goals and provides excellent service.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Affordable Property Management Experience – You must have a strong understanding of affordable housing regulations and have successfully managed similar communities.
