As a Regional Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our portfolio, which includes 202, Section 8, and conventional communities. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive resident satisfaction, and ensure compliance with industry regulations – all while working alongside a dedicated and passionate team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a team while managing operations across multiple communities, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and long-term success.
- Drive financial performance through budget management, financial reporting, and in-depth analysis of market trends and property performance.
- Oversee leasing, maintenance, and marketing efforts to ensure we meet or exceed occupancy goals and provide exceptional service to our residents.
- Supervise rehabilitation projects, ensuring high-quality results, timely completion, and budget control.
- Build strong relationships with owners and provide consistent updates on property performance, suggesting improvements when needed.
- Stay on top of industry changes, ensuring compliance with safety standards, fair housing regulations, and all company policies.
- Help drive new business opportunities and support pre-development projects to ensure future growth.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in LIHTC and 3 years of Project-Based Housing management.
- At least 5 years of experience in Property Management, with a proven ability to manage and inspire teams.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5 years of equivalent experience in multifamily housing.
- CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) or ARM (Accredited Resident Manager) certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, OSHA requirements, and EEOC regulations is essential.
