What are the responsibilities and job description for the Puller position at SPO Management LLC?
Summary
To accurately pull customer requested orders and sourcing replacements in the Pick to Light pulling module areas 1 through 4. To maintain a productive work pace, and complete projects as assigned, in a productive and accurate manner. Ensure quality and making sure the efficiency and accuracy standards are being met.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Pulls product in the Pick-to-Light system. Accurately count garments, verify SKU, add totes to orders, split totes, short totes, etc.
- Process high volume of work with little if any assistance and maintain quality and quantity of work processed
- Accurately pull orders and replacements in Pick to Light Areas 1 through 4
- Maintain Pulling efficiency of 95% or above.
- Maintain Pulling accuracy of at least 95%
- Maintain a safe and clean environment—discard all empty boxes/trash and leave no garments hanging out of boxes
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred, not required
- Previous warehouse/pulling experience preferred, not required
