Description

Pinballz Arcade is Austin’s #1 Party Place and Best Family Amusement.

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartenders to provide an excellent guest drinking experience at our pop up bar.

This position will work Thursday evenings, Friday day and evening, Saturday day and evening, and Sunday evening.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

Special qualifications: The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role.

Experience and Skills:

• 2 years of experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Must be TABC Certified
