Job Description
As a floor attendant, you will assist in daily operations of running the arcade including register, party planning and hosting, and cleaning the arcade floor. Help promote great customer experiences in all aspects of daily operations. An ability to listen and follow directions in a detail-oriented environment.
We have openings for all shifts with a need for weekend availability. Reliable transportation is required. Food Handlers license is required.
Assist in all arcade and attraction operations, strong cash handling/register experience.
Offer excellent customer service.
Regular cleaning & restocking of game floor machines and prize counter.
Minor machine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting (full training is provided, no prior experi-ence needed).
Minimize the opportunity for theft by consistently maintaining secure cash and other forms of payment control throughout the arcade.
Promote arcade-wide organization of supplies, merchandise, arcade floor area, and any addi-tional areas.
Background in computers and information technology a plus.
Must be friendly and communicate effectively with customers and other employees, as well as children and parents.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1yr retail experience/customer service (clothing, specialty, shopping malls, other en-tertainment facilities, "big box", etc) and cash handling preferred.
Must adhere to Pinballz dress code guidelines.
Must maintain strong professionalism in order to promote yourself and the Pinballz Arcade im-age.
Must be able to work constructively with staff and customers
Must be able to take direction from arcade management.
Enjoy working in an environment where there is a high population of children.
Flexible & open availability preferred (minimum of 3 full days of availability required).
Previous restaurant or food service industry experience is a plus.
