Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming clients' kitchen spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets, guiding them through the design process from concept to completion. Your expertise in renovation, remodeling, and sales will be essential in delivering exceptional service and results.
Duties
- Collaborate with clients to assess their kitchen design needs and preferences.
- Create innovative kitchen layouts that maximize space and functionality.
- Utilize design software to produce detailed drawings and 3D renderings.
- Select materials, finishes, fixtures, and appliances that align with client specifications.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in kitchen design and remodeling.
- Conduct site visits to measure spaces and evaluate existing conditions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design process.
- Sell kitchen products and services effectively while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote kitchen design services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in kitchen design or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of renovation and remodeling processes.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Excellent sales skills with a track record of achieving targets in outside sales environments.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas to clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
