Starting salary for this position is $32.79-$36.78 per hour DOE

Full range is $32.79-$52.02 per hour

Position Summary: Support the IT team by providing platform security, cost optimization, mentoring, and process improvement. Plays a pivotal role in deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud, hybrid, and on-premises platforms to ensure seamless operations and superior client service delivery.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Implement and manage IT projects and provide reasonable timely fashioned service delivery.
2. Design, deploy, and manage virtualization platforms on Azure, AWS or other cloud, hybrid, on premises environment.
3. Configure and maintain cloud environments with Azure services, including VNET, Azure AD, DNS, VMs, Blob storage, Azure Firewall, SSO (single sign on), SSL certificates.
4. Configure and Manage Microsoft 365 platforms, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD, ensuring seamless cloud service integration. Including other third-party applications.
5. Configure and Manage Data integration using such as open API or any other integration tools and application to create integration between multiple application.
6. Oversee network configurations, including Cisco Meraki, Ubiquity, Datto appliances and VPN solutions.
7. Configure and Manage MDM tools and other IT device management applications, Network Policy, Application Control, DNS control.
8. Implement and maintain robust data protection strategies with tools like Veeam Backup, Datto Backup, SaaS Backup for Microsoft 365, SaaS backup for Salesforces.
9. Configure and manage IT Security such as office 365 email filtering, anti-spam, email policies.
10. Endpoint security such as antivirus, zero trust software deployment. Ensure encryptions are in place.
11. Maintain IT security compliances such as HIPAA, PHI, PII, etc.
12. Optimize and monitor Windows and Linux servers, SQL Server environments, and Active Directory infrastructure for peak performance and reliability.
13. Leverage advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization techniques to minimize downtime and ensure high availability.
14. Assist Helpdesk team with escalation tickets, resolve escalated tickets within SLA time.
15. Collaborate and work with internal cross functional team, vendors and partners companies.
16. Assist with website hosting, Website configuration and website maintenance.
17. Assist Outcomes Manager with data related tasks and CRM, ERP applications. 
18. Mentor other technicians and contribute to continuous process improvements and knowledge sharing.
19. Practice and role model customer service excellence.
20. Works with coworkers and volunteers to promote a positive, respectful, and productive working environment, while protecting client confidentiality and dignity.
21. Within the context of the stated principle job duties, serve as an ambassador of SNAP’s mission and values.
22. Completes assigned projects and performs related duties as needed or situation dictates.

Qualifications

Requirements:

                Education and Experience

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5 years experience working in an IT setting OR an Associate’s Degree in computer Science or related field with an minimum of 7 years of experience working in an IT setting.
• Preferred:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Network configurations, including Cisco Meraki, Ubiquity, cloud-based firewall and on prem and cloud-based VPN solutions.
• Managed SQL Server environments, including high availability clustering, failover clustering, and SQL Server Management Studio.
• Experience in GitHub, Zapier or other similar data and API integration tools.
• Virtualization Hyper-V, VMware ESXi, vSphere, vCenter, IBM virtual box.
• Microsoft Azure/M365: Intune, Azure AD, DNS, Azure Firewall, VPN Gateway.
• Experience in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud-to-cloud backup solutions.
• Experience in Windows server upgrades and Cloud Migrations.
• Strong expertise in network security, identity management (SAML 2.0, ADFS, Entra), and disaster recovery solutions.
• Hands-on experience with ITIL best practices and process standardization.
• IT project management and IT project life cycle management. Device life cycle management. Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize multiple complex IT projects and services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to systems improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support cross-functional teams.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships.

Training and Certifications

• Preference toward candidates with prior training or certifications in the following areas: CompTIA A , Network , Server , Microsoft Azure, AWS.

Work Environment/Physical Activities:

Work is conducted in an office environment, which can be highly stressful at times.  Nature of this position involves working with a variety of staff to provide mission support
