As a Community Outreach Representative, you’ll be the bridge between innovative products and the communities that need them. You’ll engage with the public, share valuable information, and help people access resources they might not even know they qualify for. Community Outreach Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with community members to introduce them to our clients’ products, explain key benefits, and drive interest in current promotions.
- Build trust through face-to-face outreach, creating awareness and boosting product visibility.
- Collaborate with your Community Outreach Representative team to develop outreach strategies that highlight client offerings and generate quality leads.
- Act as a go-to resource by confidently answering questions and guiding individuals toward purchasing or signing up for products and services.
- Track interactions and leads to support effective follow-up, measure outreach success, and identify growth opportunities.
- Stay informed through regular Community Outreach Representative training to sharpen your product knowledge and improve your ability to connect with potential customers.
Community Outreach Representative Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in outreach, sales, or customer service (bonus points if it’s face-to-face!)
- A friendly, people-first attitude and strong communication skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative in fast-paced environments
- Team spirit with a willingness to share ideas and celebrate wins
- Ability to commute to our onsite Spokane Valley office

Pay: $43,000.00 - $65,242.00 per year
