Core Responsibilities of our Entry Level Assistant Manager include:
- Educate, present, and complete the sales process directly with qualified customers, based on their individualized needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular contact with them during the sales process to drive sales goals and customer retention
- Recognize and recommend any additional products or services that align with customer needs while utilizing the opportunities for cross-selling
- Accurately collect and enter all customer information into our CRM software and ensure quality control and all compliance procedures are followed
- Work alongside fellow Entry Level Assistant Managers to monitor changes in products and/or services as well as market trends in the territory to ensure ultimate success
- Dissect market trends and opportunities for customers through analytics and daily reporting data
- Collaborate with other Entry Level Assistant Managers as well as upper management to conceive new and innovative solutions to solve your accounts’ business needs
Skill Sets Required for our Entry Level Assistant Manager position:
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent strongly preferred
- Adaptability and efficiency in building relationships
- Innate problem-solving and resolution skills
- Extreme discipline to finish all daily responsibilities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask while working with other internal and external parties
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to work under pressure independently and as a team
- Ability to commute to our onsite Woburn location
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
