Verizon Sales Trainee Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in person at their homes and present Verizon’s 5G internet, phone, and television products that meet their needs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, customer-centric relationships with assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to upper management, offering insights into Verizon Sales Trainee team performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for the sales team through effective leadership and support.
- Address challenges or conflicts within theVerizon Sales Trainee team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Verizon Sales Trainee Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or any related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and other departments.
- A strong understanding of customer needs and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle challenges and conflicts effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
**This is a commission-based role where representatives earn $70-$120 per individual sale. On average, representatives earn $45,000-$55,000 per year.
