As a Telecommunications Sales Account Associate, your main responsibilities will involve establishing and nurturing relationships with new customers, closing sales, and supporting existing clients. You’ll receive extensive training in advanced sales strategies, customer service, and client relationship management, all backed by personalized mentorship from experienced senior account managers.
Primary Responsibilities of the Telecommunications Sales Account Associate:
- Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, providing accurate information and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by addressing inquiries and concerns before, during, and after the sales process.
- Recommend solutions that meet customer needs and fit within their budget.
