As a Verizon Sales Representative, your main responsibilities will involve establishing and nurturing relationships with new customers, closing sales, and supporting existing customers. You’ll receive extensive training in advanced sales strategies, customer service, and customer relationship management, all backed by personalized mentorship from experienced senior account managers.
Primary Responsibilities of the Verizon Sales Representative:
- Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, providing accurate sales information and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by addressing inquiries and concerns before, during, and after the sales process.
- Recommend solutions that meet customer needs and fit within their budget.
- Support customers through the order placement process, installation scheduling, and service activation, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Coordinate with Telecommunications Sales Account Associate teammates and technicians to ensure seamless service installations and high customer satisfaction.
- Follow all Telecommunications Sales Account Associate compliance and regulatory guidelines, ensuring all transactions meet required standards.
Qualifications of the Verizon Sales Representative:
- An associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse individuals.
