JOB TITLE : Administrative Coordinator

REPORTS TO : Senior Accountant
SALARY : $20-25 Hourly, DOE
EMPLOYMENT STATUS : Full-time, benefits eligible
EXEMPTION STATUS : Non-Exempt
EFFECTIVE DATE : 1 / 31 / 2025
SUMMARY : This position is responsible for reporting, coordinating, and analyzing data.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Organize company events and meetings
- Attend project meetings and take notes
- Coordinate projects with direction from the Senior Accountant
- Analyze data and build reports to present to the team
- Stay current on events surrounding Medicaid, HCA, DOH, SUD topics
- Research available grant opportunities
- Responsible for posting on company Facebook
- Responsible for managing company google account
- Cross-trained in misc. HR and Payroll Duties
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school, or 5-7 years of related experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Technology skills required : Microsoft Office Suite; Softphones; Adobe PDFCOMPETENCIES :
