The Spokane Tribe-Spokane Reservation is seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our convenience store and gas station. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing store inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Manages store inventory including completing orders, tracking, and ensuring appropriate levels are maintained for both fuel operations and store merchandise.
- Staff Supervision: Supervises and trains staff on sales procedures, customer service standards, and store policies.
- Compliance: Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and security.
- Record Keeping: Maintains accurate records of sales, inventory, and other relevant data.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail environment, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. They must also be able to obtain an Underground Storage Tank Class C Certification within 14 days of employment and hold a valid food handlers' card.
