We are seeking a Sales and Service Team Lead to join our dynamic retail team at the Spokane Tribe-Spokane Reservation. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales transactions, and managing daily store activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provides excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Transactions: Conducts sales transactions quickly and accurately.
- Staff Supervision: Supervises and trains staff on sales procedures, customer service standards, and store policies.
- Inventory Management: Manages store inventory including completing orders, tracking, and ensuring appropriate levels are maintained for both fuel operations and store merchandise.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a retail environment, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. They must also be able to obtain an Underground Storage Tank Class C Certification within 14 days of employment and hold a valid food handlers' card.
