As a Residence Manager at Cascadia Healthcare, you will oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care. Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the residence, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities to enhance service delivery.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality patient care.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Oversee discharge planning processes to ensure smooth transitions for residents leaving the facility.

Qualifications
- Valid nursing license with experience in skilled nursing or healthcare management.
- Strong background in case management and patient care practices.
