Overview
We are seeking a motivated entry level receptionist/Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a passion for learning. As a receptionist/scheduler, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the process, answering questions and scheduling service appointments.
Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Assess customer needs by discussing vehicle issues and recommending appropriate services, including oil changes, tire service, and other maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions in the management system.
- Promote additional services based on customer needs, leveraging sales skills to enhance the overall service experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in an automotive or powersports service environment is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance tasks such as general mechanical repairs is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
