Essential Job Functions
- Welcome guests to the restaurant’s bar areas in a professional and courteous manner
- Memorize the restaurant drink and food menu including daily specials
- Make drink and dining suggestions based on guest’s wants and needs
- Take all orders for food and beverage at the bar areas
- Enter orders using a POS system
- Consistently enforce liquor laws in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Assist in the creation of new drink menu items
- Manage bar inventory and complete order sheets to maintain par levels
- Serve customer orders with high level of accuracy
- Ensure guest dietary needs are met with assistance of back of the house staff
- Repeatedly check-in with guest during their time in the bar area ensure all requests have been met and exceeded
- Assist with clearing the bar during and after meal service
- Suggest additional menu items to the guest during their service
- Prepare checks and receive payment from guest
- Clean bar area space including tabletop, floors, and other exposed surfaces when necessary
- Carry bus trays to the kitchen for washing and assist with washing as needed
- All other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- Bartending experience
- 18 years of age or older
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Language skills: Fluent knowledge of the English language; including the ability to read and interpret written information and speak and understand verbal communication
- Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the position with any reasonable accommodations as necessary
- Availability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed
- Authorized to work in the United States

- RAMP Certification

Working Conditions
- Work environment: Upbeat, high-energy sports and event complex with heavy foot traffic and frequent large crowds. The team member will primarily work in a kitchen environment with fluctuating temperatures that can become hot, humid and/or wet, especially in the dish room areas.
- Physical requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the team member will be regularly required to perform physical activity that includes moving about the work area, standing, sitting, bending, reaching with hands and arms, lifting, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing and smelling. The team member will be frequently required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. He or she is required to have the visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
- Lifting requirements: The team member will occasionally be required to lift, push, pull, lower and/or move up to 10 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
