What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server Assistant position at Spoon and Stable?
Spoon and Stable is looking for a Server Assistant who embodies the restaurant's culture of genuine hospitality. Server Assistant/Food Runners are responsible for the quick, careful, and knowledgeable delivery of every dish to our guests, and for providing assistance to the server and bartender teams.
Core Responsibilities:
• Delivering all dishes from the kitchen to the dining room, bar, and private dining rooms
• Describing dishes confidently and accurately
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Polishing dining room mise en place and restocking service stations throughout the night

Required Skill Set and Knowledge:
• Ability to think and communicate clearly in high pressure situations
• In depth knowledge of menu, ingredients, and cooking techniques
• Confidence in communicating with guests.
