What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Spoon and Stable?
Spoon and Stable is looking for Servers who embody the restaurant's culture of genuine hospitality. Servers are expected to take ownership of every guest’s experience, have a high level of emotional intelligence, and deliver thoughtful, welcoming, and professional service. They must have a strong, confident presence at the table and a comprehensive knowledge of food, wine and spirits. Sunday AM and PM availability is required.
Required Skill Set and Knowledge:
- Ability to think and communicate clearly in high pressure situations
- Comprehensive knowledge of ingredients and cooking techniques
- Comprehensive knowledge of wine and wine service
- Comprehensive knowledge of cocktail ingredients and techniques
- Ability to confidently make food and beverage pairing recommendations
