Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and positive part-time Dental Assistant to join our team for 5 days per week. As a Dental Assistant with us, you will play a vital role in coordinating clinical patient services, assisting with dental procedures, and maintaining a comfortable atmosphere for our patients. If you are a motivated team player with a passion for dentistry, we want to hear from you!
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all facets of clinical patient services

Greet, seat, and obtain medical history and vital signs

Assist dentists with various dental procedures

Set up/break down and sterilize operatories

Prepare hygiene and assistant trays

Stock all operatories and maintain supplies

Communicate efficiently with hygiene staff regarding exams

Maintain cleanliness of communal areas and treatment rooms

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years previous experience in the dental field preferred

Knowledge of dental and medical terminology

Ability to adapt to various situations and think quickly

Strong computer and analytical skills

High school diploma or equivalent
Salary & Benefits:
- Hourly pay based on experience ($21.00 - $26.00 per hour)
