Key Responsibilities
As a Treatment Plan Coordinator, you’ll:

Patient Communication: Explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial options clearly and empathetically. Build trust through professional, friendly interactions.

Organizational Excellence: Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal patient flow and minimal errors in records and plans.

Customer Service Focus: Provide a patient-first experience, addressing concerns, easing anxieties, and enhancing satisfaction.

Financial Coordination: Assist patients with insurance verification, financing options, and pre-authorizations. Accurately estimate costs and handle collections for outstanding balances.

Technology & Analytics: Utilize Practice By Numbers (PBN) and other dental practice management software to track treatment acceptance metrics and enhance scheduling.

Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with dentists, hygienists, and support staff to streamline patient care and achieve practice goals.
