We seek an experienced, enthusiastic, skilled Barber or hairstylist to join our team. The barber or stylist will provide customers with precision haircuts and beard trims. Candidates with previous experience as a professional Barber or hairstylist OR willing to participate in paid training must be passionate about customer service, as they will consistently interact with customers and fellow employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences for hair styling and barbering services.
• Perform haircuts, beard trims, and styling techniques while ensuring sanitation and hygiene standards are met.
• Manage client records using salon software, ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk.
• Mentor junior staff and assist in retail sales of hair care products.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
