What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Office Manager position at Sport Construction Midwest?
Successful 25 year old construction company based in Waukee, Iowa seeking a candidate that is proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. This position shall handle all bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, AP/AR, sales tax reports, maintain accurate accounting ledgers, financial reports, and insurance and retirement plan obligations. Additional responsibilities of office administration include tracking sales reports, project estimating and costing, and assisting the owner and project managers as needed.
This position has a very flexible schedule and can include remote work for many responsibilities. Office space can be provided in the Waukee, Iowa headquarters and occasional daytime meetings will be beneficial. Estimated at 10-15 hours per week and could be more or less if preferred. This is the perfect position for a stay-at-home parent or retiree who still wants to actively work. This position could qualify for health/dental/vision benefits if desired.
