Duties
- Look up parts and accessories for customers for Motorcycles, ATV's and Side by Sides.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Manage procurement processes, ensuring timely sourcing of materials and supplies.
- Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Utilize order management systems to track orders, shipments, and deliveries effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the parts department.
Skills
- Good on computers and parts lookup.
- Good customer service skills.
- Experience operating forklifts and understanding warehouse safety protocols.
- Strong knowledge of Motorcycles, ATV's and Side by Sides.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and best practices.
- Background in Motorcycles, ATV's and Side by Sides service or repair is preferred but not required.
- Ability to navigate order management systems effectively.
- Understanding of logistics principles and supply chain operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks performed.
