We are committed to offering an innovative experience to the patient by having an integrated approach with a team of providers, including Orthopedic Physician Assistants and Physical Therapists.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Sport Ortho Urgent Care is currently seeking a highly motivated individual as a Float Patient Service Representative in our North Region covering
Brentwood, Antioch, Spring Hill, Murfreesboro, Manchester and Lawrenceburg. This Full-Time position will be responsible for ensuring all patients are efficiently and accurately managed throughout their course of care along with working closely with the team of providers to accommodate all needs of the clinic.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- College degree is preferred
- Minimum 1-year experience in high volume healthcare administration
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of medical practice procedures and terminology is helpful.
- Familiarity with pre-authorization procedures, insurance verification, scheduling, and working in EMR systems
