Job Description:
Sportex Apparel is looking for qualified individuals to join the IT department. This position will help provide technical support and upgrades to office staff as necessary.
Working schedule would be Monday ? Friday 9-6, occasionally needing to come in early or stay late.
Salary and performance review will occur at 30 and 90 days after start of employment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to various IT help tickets
- Troubleshoot various hardware and software related issues
- Setup new computers
- Setup accounts
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong computer troubleshooting skills
- Ability to replace computer hardware (hard drive, ram, etc)
- Working towards or completion of a 4-year degree is CIS, IT, Computer science or equivalent experience in IT field
- Understanding of Office 365 applications
- Willingness and excitement to help others
- Detail oriented
