Job Description
Our Associate - Futures Hub, successfully performs the Venture Client method. They focus on helping Sportradar Units and Start-ups by acting as a bridge between them. The ideal candidate will have a high willingness to learn, a deep interest in the sports industry, technology and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Partnerships: Act as a liaison between startups and the internal client unit, facilitating introductions and managing pilots and successful post-pilot adoption follow up.
- Monitor Progress: Document and track the progress of pilots and adoptions and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for collaboration.
- Start-up Analysis. Conduct research and analysis on sports technology companies to identify potential partnership, or other opportunities
- Identify and Source opportunities: Research and identify promising startups that align with specific opportunities presented to Sportradar Futures Hub. Develop
- Continuous learning. Attend top industry events and conferences in North America to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and market trends
Your profile:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup, corporate innovation, or consulting environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in project management tools.
- Knowledge: Understanding of startup ecosystems and corporate innovation processes.

Pay Range: $60K- $80K
Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location.
