Join Our Team as a Fulfillment Specialist
Join our dynamic Fulfillment team! We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fulfillment Specialist to process prescription orders in collaboration with our partner labs. You'll be responsible for ensuring that orders are accurately processed and delivered on time. If you have a strong customer service background in the optical industry and a passion for providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do :
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the system.
- Track order progress and provide timely updates to customers.
