We carry a wide selection of used cars, as well as trucks, vans, SUVs, and crossover vehicles. We help drivers get financing for a vehicle, regardless of their credit history. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize the marketing department to reach out to new and former customers
- Attends staff meetings, training, and educational classes
- Follow up on all Internet leads daily and with follow up calls
- Manage your customer base through the dealerships CRM
- Performs other duties as assigned (minimal)
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of inventory, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
- Interacts with customers in a courteous and friendly manner.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must have previous Call Center Experience
- Reliable Transportation
- Work every Saturday on rotating schedules
- High school diploma
- Excellent customer service focus
- Basic computer and internet skills
