Client Success Manager
Overview
Support C-level, high-touch sponsorship and advertising sales efforts while executing campaigns accurately and efficiently. Deliver exceptional communication and reporting to all internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have a genuine interest in media and advertising, possess analytical skills and relate well with a team. Successful account managers should be proactive, accountable, resourceful, engaging and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: Two years media experience preferred
- Customer service oriented with the ability to address client concerns and needs in an expedient and courteous manner
- Strong decision-making, problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent follow through
- Excellent time management, able to handle multiple assignments under tight deadline and pressure, and prioritize and communicate effectively
- Strong oral and written communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate best practices and requirements to peers and management
- Ability to deliver very high-touch service to the most influential businesses in the sports industry
Responsibilities
- Manage strategic and mid-market accounts to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently
- Steward campaigns from start to finish by monitoring activities, maintaining detailed records, and leading kick off calls, mid-campaign calls, and wrap up calls
- Pull data from multiple systems and sources for analysis and create compelling reporting that drives sales support ideas and improvements and positively position SBJ for renewals
- Strategically communicate program metrics to advertising and sponsorship clients.
- Meet regularly with sales team to discuss account progress and identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
- Provide regular market feedback to the sales, product, and marketing teams
- Coordinate with marketing and all content delivery partners to ensure everyone activating a campaign is aligned
- Take ownership of tools, projects, and processes learning on the go – suggesting innovations or efficiencies in workflow
- Play a role in developing and implementing best practices and processes to improve operational efficiencies
- Learn the sponsorship and advertising business to an expert level and be a brand advocate
- Contribute to a positive and successful team environment
- Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
