Job Title: Junior Analyst
Department: Team Merchandising
Reports to: Business Analyst
Job Purpose
The responsibility of Junior Analyst is to support the operating performance for the club
soccer, volleyball, and baseball business units. Acts as a supporting business partner to key
stakeholders across the sales, purchasing, finance/operations teams. Provides data-integrity
and transparency of performance measurements against plans to ensure financial and non-
financial targets and budgets are achieved. Support and recommendations for strategic
decisions and action for seasonal changes. This actions will be taken by performing analysis
of player counts, average order value, and partner history. The use of existing, as well as
creation, of analytical tools to validate and adjust sales and product forecasts in internal
programs will be crucial to success.

Accountable for accuracy, adjustment, and consistency across sales, operational,
financial, forecasts. Focus on forecast performance by monitoring player counts, average order size, and
start date. Create, track, and adjust sales and products forecasts based on inputs from team
sales managers, data, and expertise to support and inform key stake holders.
Accountable for supporting in the delivery of monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts
at the club and brand level. Responsible for supporting the building, maintaining, and reporting around forecasts
and their performance. Supporting the enhancements of toolkit to enable simpler workflows for all forecast
stakeholders (sales reps through executive leadership). Ad Hoc Analysis for sales, demand planning, finance, and operations teams, as
necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Computer skills required. Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products including but not limited to Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Ability to work a varying work schedule including evenings and weekends.
Analytical Skills: Ability to take the sales figures and analyze them to find weaknesses in the system, cost-saving opportunities, and redundancies.
Ability to provide accurate and actionable recommendations.
