MARKETING INTERN
Job Purpose
We are searching for a Marketing Intern to join our team for a Summer 2025 internship. This role will help in the support of various marketing initiatives including the development and execution of digital marketing, content development, team events and social media. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a collaborative, energetic and positive demeanor and be excited to learn through hands-on-work.
This role will be based in our Hillsborough, NC office with potential for some travel for U.S. based events.
We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a strong focus on customer service and a desire to work for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Marketing department to support key events, partnerships and programs.
- Collaborate with marketing department colleagues to bring campaigns to life.
- Create and audit content across our digital ecosystem – site, social, email, etc.
- Support key content creation activities such as photoshoots and interviews.
- Research marketplace trends.
- Write website copy and blog content.
- Ideal candidate should be pursuing a BA in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work successfully in an active work environment with various details and competing deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Applicants must be available for 10-12 weeks during the summer of 2025 and should expect to work ~35-40 hours per week. Some weekend hours may be needed to support key events.
