Job Purpose
We're looking for a people person to join our recruiting team in Mebane, NC and be our first point of contact for applicants. In this role, you'll meet 100's of people who want to join our winning team at Sports Endeavors. We need you to help us make a great first impression. You will help do the initial screening of applicants, schedule interviews, provide tours and greet all incoming people into the hiring center. This is an opportunity to learn the inner workings of high volume recruitment and connect with a variety of talented individuals. Our season is expected to run through October 2025. Major Accountabilities / Essential Duties
- Serve as the receptionist to the hiring center. Greet walk-ins, answer phone, and monitor wait times.
- Assist the team in contacting interested candidates and scheduling interviews
- Utilize applicant tracking tools and online recruitment databases (i.e. Indeed) to perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of hiring quality candidates in a timely manner.
- Provide tours of facility
- Make and distribute employee badges to ensure new hires are set-up on first day.
- Assist HR Recruiters with new hire set-ups and onboarding paperwork
- Ensure hiring center is presentable and sanitary which may include organizing papers, sweeping, and wiping down flat surfaces
- Assist with other various tasks as needed to support Human Resources and / or other departments throughout our peak hiring season (March- October).
