Major Accountabilities
- Prepare product samples for photography and video, including but not limited to checking in product, apparel/footwear preparation, and organizing products for daily shoots.
- Work within our image database to ensure product status is correct and up to date.
- Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams on product sample status and orders.
- Organize workload based on priority and input from photographer and videographer workflow.
- Establish and modify procedures to improve photo / video process quality and efficiency.
- Help ensure all department deadlines are met by being able to help in other areas as needed.
- Support various product launch requirements as needed (e.g. product copy, process management, studio supplies, etc.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 5 years product or inventory experience desired.
- Skills: Database experience required. Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills preferred.
- A drive to leave no question unanswered or problem unsolved

- Organized and proactive work style partnered with a personable manner
- This role works 5 days a week in our Hillsborough office.
- Periodically, you will need to drive to / from Mebane to directly obtain product samples from our Fulfillment Center.
