POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a talented and experienced Full-Stack .NET Developer to join our team. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining two current internal applications. The selected candidate will play a key role in the development and improvement of these applications, ensuring outsourced resources remain on track and contributing actively to each sprint.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
  • Actively develop, enhance, and maintain two .NET applications with MS SQL databases
  • Collaborate with outsourced development teams, including reviewing their code and ensuring they adhere to project requirements and best practices
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to define application needs and translate them into actionable development tasks
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups
  • Ensure high-quality code through unit testing, code reviews, and performance optimization
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, application bugs, and performance bottlenecks
  • Assist in documentation, including technical specifications and user guides

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of professional experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API)
  • Strong proficiency with MS SQL Server, including database design and optimization
  • Frontend development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as Angular or React
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and participating in Scrum sprints
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with offshore teams and internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience overseeing outsourced development teams and ensuring project alignment
  • Prior experience in developing travel or facility management applications
  • Knowledge of authentication and security best practices in web applications
  • Familiarity with modern development tools such as Git, Jira, and Azure DevOps

  • Office environment with intermittent noise
  • Travel required for trade shows and events infrequently
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds
