**Position Overview:**
Are you a dynamic, outgoing individual with a passion for sports medicine? We're seeking a Full-Time Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team! The ideal candidate will be adaptable, energetic, and skilled at juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to our clients and athletes.
- Utilize your outgoing personality to build rapport with patients and create a positive treatment environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility by seamlessly transitioning between various tasks and responsibilities throughout the day.
- Provide athletic training services, sports recovery techniques, and performance enhancement strategies, while assisting in implementing treatment plans.
- Educate patients and the community on sports injury prevention and recovery through engaging presentations and outreach programs.
- Document treatment plans accurately and manage documentation for other Athletic Trainers.
- Delegate tasks effectively to ancillary staff and ensure smooth facility operations.
- Perform administrative duties related to facility operations with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
**Job Requirements:**
- Certified by the National Athletic Trainers' Association Board of Certification (NATABOC) and licensed in the state of Florida.
- A vibrant and outgoing personality with a passion for working with people.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with patients, colleagues, and the community.
- Willingness to work some evenings and Saturdays to accommodate our clients' needs.
